Ms. Neale is Principal and Founder of Greencoast. She has been active in the municipal market, as both an attorney and an investment banker, since 1987. In that time, Ms. Neale has worked on virtually every type of municipal security, in every sector, for issuers across the nation and ranging in size from some of the largest, such as the State of California, to some of the smallest, such as a rural development agency or a small independent school. Prior to founding Greencoast, Ms. Neale was a Managing Director in the Municipal Securities Division at Citigroup where she focused both on municipal underwriting and delivery of balance sheet products including swaps, letters of credit and direct purchases of new issue bonds for the firm’s own account. Prior to Citigroup, Ms. Neale served as national group leader of the public finance department of the law firm Sidley Austin LLP, and before that as Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office of Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe LLP. Ms. Neale received her B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Columbia University. She holds Series 7, 24, 52, 53 and 63 securities licenses.
