Mr. Culhane is a Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer at Greencoast. Prior to joining Greencoast, Mr. Culhane was with Global Leveraged Capital Public Finance and, prior to that, with BNP Paribas as a Director in the Public Finance Group. In both positions he focused on credit analysis and structuring of both high grade and non-rated municipal bonds. Mr. Culhane is recognized in particular for his extensive experience and expertise with unique development and public/private partnership transactions. Mr. Culhane holds a B.S. in Mathematics/System Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He also holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
