Ms. Neale is Partner and Co-Founder of Greencoast. Ms. Neale has been active in the municipal market, as both an attorney and an investment banker, since 1987. Most recently she was a Managing Director in the Municipal Securities Division at Citigroup where she focused both on municipal underwriting and delivery of balance sheet products including swaps, letters of credit and direct purchases of new issue bonds for the firm’s own account . Prior to Citigroup, Ms. Neale served as national group leader of the public finance department of the law firm Sidley Austin LLP. Ms. Neale received her B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Columbia University.

Ms. Bando is Partner and Co-Founder of Greencoast. Ms. Bando has worked in the field of public finance since 1985. Most recently she was a Managing Director in the Tax Exempt Capital Markets Division at J.P. Morgan and from 1990 to 2007, she was a Managing Director of the Fixed Income Capital Markets Division of RBC Capital Markets. Ms. Bando is immediate prior Chairperson and a current Board Member of the California Public Securities Association. Mr. Culhane is a Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer at Greencoast . Prior to joining Greencoast, Mr. Culhane was with Global Leveraged Capital Public Finance and, prior to that, with BNP Paribas as a Director in the Public Finance Group. In both positions Mr. Culhane focused on credit analysis and structuring of both high grade and non-rated municipal bonds. Mr. Culhane holds a B.S. in Mathematics/System Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Ms. Garban has worked in municipal sales and trading since 1985. Most recently she was the Manager of Municipal Money Markets at Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2007, responsible for sales, trading, and underwriting of short term products. Prior to Goldman, Ms. Garban was Managing Director of municipals at BT Alex Brown from 1993 until 2000, responsible for municipal origination, sales, trading and funding. From 1985 until 1993, Ms. Garban was a Vice President with PaineWebber in the Municipal Securities Group. Ms. Garban received her BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and she is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
