Ms. Garban is a Managing Director and Head of Underwriting at Greencoast. She has worked in municipal sales and trading since 1985. Prior to joining Greencoast, Ms. Garban was the Manager of Municipal Money Markets at Goldman Sachs, responsible for sales, trading, and underwriting of all short-term municipal products. Prior to Goldman, Ms. Garban was Managing Director of municipals at BT Alex Brown, responsible for municipal origination, sales, trading and funding. From 1985 until 1993, she was a Vice President with PaineWebber in the Municipal Securities Group. In the past 25 years, Ms. Garban has worked with many of the largest issuers across the country on a wide variety of municipal structures and through several turbulent cycles in the market. As a leader in the development of municipal variable rate products, Ms. Garban brings a unique perspective to the evolving market. Ms. Garban received her B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and she is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Ms. Garban holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
